Eel(with Oshinko & Soup)
Kanto-style eel box where the eel is steamed before grilling. When we grill it, we broil the eel with our special sauce that has been perfected over a period of 60 years. Our rice is Tako-region koshihikari, sourced directly from farms in Chiba. We recommend eating some of the eel with rice first, and then trying the eel with some Japanese pepper (sansho). Finally, eat the eel together with the accompanying pickled vegetables.
An eel box made using thin eels. This low-fat item is suitable for those looking for a healthyoption.
Set Rice(with Oshinko & Miso Soup & Appetizer)
A plate of fresh sashimi (raw fish/seafood) sourced from the Tsukiji fish markets. We used to manage a seafood shop so have great pride in our ability to pick quality fish. Best eaten by beginning with the squid and white-fleshed fish and finishing with the red-fleshed fish (tuna etc).
